Your new role
As Service Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality IT support services across the organisation. You will lead a team of service desk analysts, ensuring efficient resolution of incidents and requests while driving service improvements and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a Service Desk Manager or IT Support leadership role
Strong knowledge of IT service management principles (ITIL desirable)
Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A proactive approach to service improvement and problem-solving
Driving Licence and ability to travel to another site in Greater Manchester as required

£5,052 car allowance
Hybrid working (2-3 days a week in the office)
