As a Floor Layer, you'll be working across social housing properties in Northampton, carrying out specialist flooring installations including cap and cove flooring within wet rooms. As a Floor Layer, you will be:
• Installing a range of flooring products within occupied and void properties
• Completing cap and cove flooring installations within wet rooms to a high standard
• Fitting safety flooring, vinyl flooring, and associated floor coverings
• Preparing subfloors and carrying out any necessary floor preparation works
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety requirements
• Delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
• Proven experience as a Floor Layer within social housing, domestic maintenance, or property refurbishment
• Experience installing cap and cove flooring in wet room environments
• Knowledge of safety flooring and vinyl floor installations
• A full UK driving licence
• The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
