About The Company
Ingfield Manor School is a non-maintained special school and part of Salutem Care and Education who have services across England and Wales supporting adults and children in residential and educational Environments.
Based in its our own idyllic grounds, Ingfield Manor School offers extensive specialist facilities with the aim to provide an exceptional learning environment, helping children and young people fulfil their potential. Facilities include woodland and outdoor classroom space, high specification sensory room and swimming pool.

The aim of our services is to provide a safe and stimulating environment that enables children and young people to flourish and grow.
Our IMS provision caters for students aged 3—19 years with neurological motor impairment such as Cerebral Palsy and associated medical and sensory needs. Following the Conductive Education approach, Ingfield Manor School focuses on the holistic development of everyone, including their physical and communication skills.
Our Woodview provision is for secondary aged students with special educational needs including speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN) and autistic spectrum conditions (ASC)

About The Role
Join Our Team: Teaching Assistant (Term Time Only) September Term start!
Reporting to: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Term Time Only (39 weeks)

About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. You’ll play a vital role in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SCLN), and complex needs—helping them access education in a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
What You’ll Do

Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education.
Provide tailored support to students individually or in small groups.
Help organise classroom resources and displays to suit diverse learning needs.
Assist with planning and risk assessments for on- and off-site activities.
Create effective teaching aids and resources.
Support students in developing independence skills, including personal care.
Promote students’ physical, educational, and moral development.
Contribute to student documentation and school development initiatives.
Participate in staff training and development programmes.What We’re Looking For

A team player with a genuine passion for supporting children with SEND.
Someone who can manage sensory needs and apply self-regulation strategies.
Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.
