I'd be keen to speak to anyone who has worked as a Plasterer Multi Trade, Multi Skilled Plasterer, Plasterer, or Property Maintenance Operative within social housing or domestic repairs environments.

As a Plasterer Multi Trade, you will be:
• Carrying out reactive plastering repairs within tenanted and void properties
• Completing patch plastering, skimming, rendering, and making good works
• Undertaking basic multi-trade repairs including painting, tiling, and minor carpentry works
• Diagnosing maintenance issues and delivering high-quality repairs first time
• Working across domestic properties throughout the Luton area
• Participating in a mandatory out-of-hours call-out rota

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:
• NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Plastering
• Experience working within reactive repairs or social housing maintenance
• The ability to carry out additional basic trade repairs
• A full UK driving licence
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach when working in occupied homes

This Plasterer Multi Trade role is offering the following benefits:
