📍 Location: Glasgow Central (must live within 45 minutes travel)

💰 Salary: £33,066 per year + 3% commission

📄 Contract: Permanent | 35 hours per week

⏰ Shifts: Various, including weekends

What You'll Do

Ticketing & Transactions: Check and issue tickets, handle payments confidently.
Customer Support: Assist passengers, manage busy trains, and resolve travel concerns.
Accessibility Assistance: Help passengers with disabilities, including using a portable ramp (training provided).Your calm, organised approach and ability to adapt will ensure every passenger enjoys a safe and positive journey.

What We're Looking For

A friendly, engaging personality with a passion for helping others.
Strong communication skills to build trust and rapport.
A team player who can also work independently.
Willingness to learn and manage ramps (up to 15kg) with full training provided.
