Credit Controller | Bradford | £30,000 - £33,000
We are recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join a successful and growing business based in Bradford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and relationship-focused credit professional who enjoys managing their own ledger, reducing aged debt, and supporting cash flow across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and collecting outstanding debt across a portfolio of customer accounts
Building strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payment
Investigating and resolving invoice and payment queries
Allocating incoming payments and reconciling accounts
Producing aged debt reports and providing updates to management
Working closely with internal teams to support effective cash collection
Identifying and escalating potential credit risks
Supporting continuous improvement within the credit control function
About You:
Previous experience in a Credit Control role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident managing a busy workload and prioritising effectively
Proactive approach with a focus on achieving results
