The View
We are seeking an experienced and professional Concierge to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension up to 12 months. This role involves working both day and night shifts at a prestigious residential development in Victoria comprising 126 apartments. This is a traditional concierge position requiring the highest standards of customer service, where you will be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, delivering a warm, courteous, and professional experience at all times. Your duties will include assisting with luggage and shopping, calling lifts, and maintaining a welcoming presence at reception, as well as liaising with contractors and coordinating with the fire brigade due to ongoing cladding remediation works on site. Given the high-profile nature of the development, which is home to VIPs, Lords, and Ladies, discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential. You will also be responsible for conducting regular patrols and fire safety checks, monitoring CCTV systems, managing keys, post, and parcel handling accurately, maintaining detailed handover reports at the end of each shift, and ensuring all systems are kept up to date with relevant activity
