We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Paint Sprayer / Prepper to join their team in Walsall. Ongoing training, development, and career progression opportunitiesDuties of the Paint Sprayer:

Prepare vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, priming, and filler repairs
Mix and apply paint according to manufacturer specifications
Carry out colour matching and blending to ensure a flawless finish
Identify and rectify paint defects as required
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Collaborate with colleagues to complete repairs efficiently, meeting high standards of quality workmanshipRequirements of the Paint Sprayer:

Previous experience as a Vehicle Painter, Paint Sprayer, or Prep Technician
Strong preparation, colour-matching, and finishing skills
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
ATA, NVQ, IMI, or equivalent qualifications are desirable but not essential
Positive, proactive, team-focused attitude
