Lead Outstanding Outdoor Projects
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Landscaping Foreman or Landscaping Lead to join a specialist team delivering high-end natural swimming ponds, natural pools, and luxury landscaping projects across the Home Counties.
If you're passionate about quality craftsmanship, enjoy leading teams, and want to work on unique projects that stand out, this could be the ideal next step.
The Role
You'll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to exceptional standards.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage landscaping teams on site
* Deliver projects on time and to high quality standards
* Read and interpret technical drawings
* Operate and oversee landscaping plant and machinery
* Monitor labour, materials, and site progress
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project managers
* Maintain a safe, organised, and professional site environment
* Proactively solve issues and keep projects moving
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years’ experience in hard and soft landscaping
* Previous experience leading teams on site
* Strong knowledge of landscaping methods and machinery
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, hands-on approach
* Full UK Driving Licence
Experience with natural swimming ponds, water features, or high-end landscaping projects is highly desirable.
