Early Years Teacher - Part Time (3 Days per Week)
Location: Shard End, Birmingham
Contract: September 2026 - July 2027
Aspire People are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Shard End. This part time role (3 days per week) is ideal for someone who thrives in an early years environment and is committed to supporting children's development during their most formative stage.
The Role:
* Deliver engaging, age appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum
* Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with support staff and the wider school team
* Track and support children's progress through high quality teaching and assessment
Requirements:
* Relevant early years teaching experience is essential
* QTS or equivalent early years qualification
* Strong understanding of EYFS frameworks
* A positive, proactive approach to supporting young learners
