My client, a global technology organisation delivering a large-scale digital transformation programme. They are looking for a hands on ServiceNow Specialist with strong ITSM experience to design, configure, and implement enterprise-level solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver ServiceNow ITSM solutions
Configure platform components (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer)
Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Manage core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
Work with CMDB and CSDM frameworks
Build and support integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub)
Lead stakeholder workshops and solution design sessions

Essential Skills

Active SC Clearance (must already hold)
Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations
Strong configuration and development experience within ServiceNow
Knowledge of CMDB and ServiceNow data model
Experience with integrations (APIs, data mapping)
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Desirable

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD)
Exposure to ITOM, CSM or AI modules
Experience with eBonding / Service Exchange
