Salary: £34,000 – £60,000 OTE

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our busy workshop in Brighton. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a range of vehicles to the highest standards while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehicles.
* Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment.
* Complete repairs efficiently and accurately in line with manufacturer specifications.
* Perform vehicle inspections and identify additional work required.
* Conduct vehicle health checks and prepare reports.
* Ensure all work is completed to health and safety standards.
* Maintain accurate records of work carried out and parts used.
* Support colleagues and contribute to a productive workshop environment.
Essential Requirements
* NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or Automotive Technician.
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Desirable Requirements
* MOT Tester licence.
* Experience with manufacturer diagnostic systems.
* Hybrid and electric vehicle qualifications.
* Main dealership experience.
