Building Services Improver
A Building Services Maintenance contractor has a key requirement for a Building Services Improver to join their successful team of engineers that service Commercial buildings. This position will cover sites in and around London

Building Services Imnprover will be:

Building Services Improver will be covering sites in London and the surrounding areas
Building Services Improver will be performing PPM and breakdown calls on electrical plant, Emergency lighting checks, Battery drain downs, lamping and small remedial works on electrical power
Must have a driving license and clean DBS check
Building Services Improver will benefit from a basic salary up to £36k + packageBuilding Services Improver will have:

Building Services Improver will be eager to learn and progress their career.
Building Services Improver will have experience and knowledge in building services
Building Services Improver will be living within a commutable distance of London
Building Services Improver will have an electrical or mechanical qualification and understanding of building services will completed all PPM's on site
Building Services Improver will be paid up to £36k basic (dependent on experience) + package
Building Services Improver must have a clean driving license and DBS checkBuilding Services Improver will be paid up to £36k basic (dependent on experience) + package
