Electrician

We're recruiting for a qualified Electrician to join a leading property maintenance and housing services provider delivering high-quality works across a residential portfolio in West London.
The Role
Carry out electrical repairs, installations, testing, and fault finding in residential properties.
Complete EICRs, remedial works, rewires, and electrical upgrades.
Work across responsive repairs, void properties, and planned maintenance projects.
Ensure all work complies with BS7671 and health & safety regulations.
Deliver excellent customer service while working in occupied homes. Requirements
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation including AM2 (or equivalent).
City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations).
City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent).
Experience within domestic, social housing, or property maintenance environments.
Full UK Driving Licence. Benefits
