This is an exciting opportunity to join an all-age specialist setting that places individuality, respect, and meaningful progress at the centre of everything it does. The school has developed an outstanding reputation for providing personalised education, evidence-based practice, and exceptional support for pupils with autism. The school combines specialist teaching, therapeutic approaches, and a collaborative multidisciplinary team to help every learner achieve their full potential.

The Role

As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, personalised learning programmes that support pupils with autism across a range of ages and abilities.

You will:

* Lead a class of pupils with autism and additional needs

* Plan, deliver, assess, and adapt learning to meet individual needs

* Create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment

* Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families

* Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP outcomes

Benefits include:

* Teachers' Pay Scale plus SEN Allowance

* Extensive SEND-specific training and professional development

* Opportunities to gain additional qualifications, including NPQs and specialist autism training

* Staff wellbeing and support services

* Free parking
