Warehouse Operative With Counterbalance (FLT)
Location: High Wycombe, HP10
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Job Type: Permanent
I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business based in High Wycombe (HP10), who are looking to bring in an experienced FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role in a busy warehouse environment and is looking for long-term stability with a reputable company.
The Role
As an FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for:
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading goods within a fast-paced warehouse
Picking, packing, and preparing stock for dispatch
Supporting stock control and general warehouse duties
Carrying out occasional local deliveries using the company van
Requirements
Proven Counterbalance FLT experience (essential)
Previous warehouse experience
A full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
A reliable and proactive approach to work
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
