Site Supervisor

Our client, a leading specialist roofing contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality roofing and waterproofing solutions across the UK, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in flat roofing to take ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate roofing operatives and subcontractors on site.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and report updates to Contracts Managers.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks throughout project delivery.
Manage materials, plant, and labour resources effectively.
Maintain excellent communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure all site documentation, permits, and records are completed accurately.
Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Site Supervisor role within the roofing industry.
Strong background in flat roofing systems.
Excellent knowledge of health & safety legislation and site management practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Full UK driving licence.
SSSTS or SMSTS qualification preferred.
CSCS card essential.
