Site Manager – Cramlington Hospital, Northumberland
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to oversee electrical refurbishment works at Cramlington Hospital.
Location:
Northumbria Way, Cramlington, Northumberland NE23 6NZ
Duration:
* Start: 13th July
* Finish: 7th August
Hours:
* 8:00am – 4:00pm
* Some flexibility with start and finish times
Pay:
* Up to £32.00 per hour (depending on experience)
* Paid weekly via CIS or PAYE Umbrella
Responsibilities:
* Managing day-to-day electrical refurbishment activities
* Coordinating labour and subcontractors
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements
* Maintaining quality and programme targets
* Reporting progress to the project team
Requirements:
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid at Work
* Proven experience managing commercial refurbishment projects
