Key Responsibilities:

Manage and service a portfolio of commercial business insurance clients.

Negotiate with insurers to secure the best terms and coverage.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Provide expert advice on risk management and insurance products.

Mentor and support junior team members.

Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures.
The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as an Insurance Broker, specifically within commercial insurance.

Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

A confident and proactive approach to business development.

Ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively.

Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Cert CII) would be advantageous.
