This programme forms part of the government’s Skills Bootcamps, offering flexible training for adults aged 19+ living in Swindon and Wiltshire who want to move into a new career. No previous classroom experience is needed, just enthusiasm, commitment and a desire to support children’s learning.
You’ll learn how to assist teachers, set up activities, support learners with different needs and create a positive classroom environment. With dedicated guidance throughout, you’ll be supported directly into Teaching Assistant, Learning Support or SEND Support roles upon completion.
