Major Incident lead to coordinate end-to-end management of high-severity technology incidents across complex and regulated production environments. You will lead the command and control for Major Incidents across infrastructure, application, Middleware, Cloud, EUC, network, identity, data and third parties.

Must have proven experience within a globally distributed team that plays a critical role in Incident Management impact, Monitoring from a broad range of potentially business disrupting, to significantly impacting, threats and incidents, from cyber and fraud to technology incidents.
