Security Architect (Active SC Clearance Required)

Day Rate: £600-£650pd

IR35 Status: Outside

Travel: 2 days a week in NW England

Duration: Initial 6 months

• Active SC clearance required. Proven experience designing and delivering security architecture across complex enterprise environments, with the ability to operate strategically while providing hands-on guidance to technical teams.
• Strong background across security architecture domains including cloud security, network security, identity and access management, application security, security governance, risk management, and security-by-design principles.
• Experienced in engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders, translating security requirements into practical solutions, conducting architecture reviews, and supporting secure digital transformation programmes.
• Ideally brings experience within manufacturing, industrial, or operational technology (OT) environments, with an understanding of securing production systems, industrial networks, and the convergence of IT and OT security.
