Requirements
Essential
Experience in a client-facing or account handling/sales role.

Confident, proactive, and able to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
A team player with a flexible and adaptable approach.
Demonstrable ambition and desire to progress within the business.Desirable
Minimum 2 years' insurance experience in a broking or underwriting environment.
Knowledge of insurance products and market processes.
Experience supporting Account Executives or handling client portfolios.(Note: Candidates without insurance experience will be considered if they can demonstrate strong sales ability, relationship management, and account handling skills.)
