Your Key Responsibilities

* Converting warm, inbound enquiries into successful sales

* Maintaining an organised pipeline and updating CRM systems accurately

What We’re Looking For

You’re already confident in sales — now you’re ready to take it to the next level.

You’ll ideally have:

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management

* A strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

* A driven, competitive mindset with a hunger to succeed

* The ability to work well in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

* Confidence using CRM systems and managing your own pipeline

* A professional, resilient, and self-motivated approach

* Availability to work full-time in the Dartford/Bexley office
