A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:
Previous experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably within the business services industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including sourcing and selection techniques.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
