We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to help create an exceptional living experience for residents of this vibrant student accommodation. This is a varied role combining customer service, administration, sales, marketing, and operational support within a vibrant student accommodation community.

What You'll Be Doing
Deliver a welcoming and professional front-of-house service.
Respond to resident enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Support community events and activities that enhance the resident experience.
Manage maintenance requests and ensure issues are appropriately logged and tracked.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and resident documentation.
Assist with resident communications, notices, and general administration.
Support move-in and move-out periods, helping ensure a smooth resident journey.
Support sales and leasing activities to maximise occupancy levels.
Assist with local marketing activities and community engagement initiatives.
Support rent collection processes and follow up on outstanding arrears.
About You
Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Confidence working with databases and administrative systems.
A proactive, positive, and professional approach.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
