The successful Operations Administrator will play a vital role in supporting order fulfilment, shipping coordination, and customer service operations, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Organise and coordinate bulk shipments
Process orders received through the online store
Arrange shipping for stock transfers
Process customer refunds accurately and efficiently
Support the Customer Service team with enquiries via ticketing system
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Arrange product returns and exchanges
Follow established processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Skills & Knowledge Required
Previous experience within e-commerce or a B2C environment
Experience using Excel or Google Sheets
Previous operations or administration experience
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work accurately under pressure and to deadlines
Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
Exceptional attention to detail
