Salary Range: £37,020 - £41,227 (Plus South Eastern Allowance of £2,000)

In this exciting position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational capability of front-line officers and emergency services across the UK.

Plan, implement, and deliver work streams/projects supporting the Operational Communications Strategy.
Resolve faults and issues related to communication devices and equipment.
Provide tactical and operational advice, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders, representing the Constabulary effectively.What We're Looking For:

Vocational qualification or work experience in Radio Engineering or a related field.
Experience in installing, integrating, and maintaining technical radio or communications systems.
Strong planning and documentation skills, with a proactive attitude towards managing competing priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Due to the Police Vetting Criteria you MUST have resided within the UK continuously for at least 5 years at the time of applicationDesirable Skills:

Understanding of regulated environments and experience with Airwave technology.
Familiarity with project management software, such as MS Project.Perks of the Role:

Competitive salary with an annual range of £37,020 to £41,227.
Additional South Eastern Allowance of £2,000.
