We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Part-Time Credit Control Administration Assistant to join our client's team based in Langley, Slough.

The rate of pay is £10,663.20 per annum (£13.67 per hour), plus bonus paid quarterly!

This is a part-time role working 15 hours per week, 3 days per week. The hours of work are:
- 09:30am to 14:30pm

Your Time at Work

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Credit Control Administration Assistant to join our client's credit control team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in finance or credit control, looking for part-time working hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Credit Control team with day-to-day administrative duties
- Assisting with monitoring and chasing outstanding invoices via phone and email
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate financial data
- Maintain and ensure all refund documentation is organised
- Ensure invoice batching and loading into Docuware
- Providing general support to the finance department as required

Key Requirements:

- Previous experience in administration or a finance/credit control role (desirable)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- A proactive and professional attitude
