Are you enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about supporting children in a positive school environment? We are seeking a dedicated Lunchtime Organiser to join St Bernadettes Catholic Primary School through partnership with The Supply Register.
Role Overview
As a Lunchtime Organiser, you will play a vital role in ensuring pupils enjoy a safe, happy, and well-supervised lunchtime experience. You will support children during lunch periods, encourage positive behaviour, and help create an inclusive and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Supervising pupils during lunch breaks, both indoors and outdoors.
✅ Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging social interaction.
✅ Assisting children with any lunchtime needs.
✅ Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils at all times.
✅ Supporting school policies and procedures.
✅ Reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff members.
What We're Looking For
A caring and approachable nature.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
