Vision for Education is currently seeking dedicated and experienced SEN Teachers to join specialist SEN schools in Swanley and the surrounding areas. As an SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with special educational needs. You will develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet individual needs, incorporating a range of teaching strategies and resources. Additionally, you will assess students' progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for each student.
Requirements
To be considered for the position of SEN Teacher, you should possess the following:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience teaching students with special educational needs.
Knowledge and understanding of a range of SEN strategies and approaches.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
