Electrical Project Manager – Hospital Fit Out

We are urgently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a major hospital redevelopment project in Bournemouth.

This is a fast-paced live healthcare environment requiring an individual who can hit the ground running, take ownership of ongoing works and drive the electrical package through to completion. The project is entering a critical phase and requires a proactive manager who is comfortable working to demanding programmes and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

* Managing the electrical package from site through to completion

* Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved

* Managing subcontractors and direct labour on site

* Attending client, coordination and progress meetings

* Overseeing quality, health & safety and compliance requirements

* Managing procurement, materials and resource planning

* Working closely with the wider project delivery team to resolve issues quickly

* Supporting commissioning, testing and handover activities

Requirements

* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within Building Services / M&E

* Previous hospital, healthcare, critical environment or large commercial project experience preferred

* Strong understanding of electrical installations and project delivery

* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage challenging programmes

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* SMSTS, CSCS and relevant electrical qualifications
