Deputy Pharmacy Manager | 12 Month Fixed Term Contract from September 2026 | Spire Leicester Hospital | Oadby | Part Time - 30 hours per week

Spire Leicester Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist to join our team as Deputy Pharmacy Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further develop their leadership skills whilst maintaining a strong clinical presence within a busy and supportive hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the organisation, management and development of the clinical pharmacy service at Spire Leicester Hospital.
Provide clinical pharmacy input across a range of specialties, ensuring safe and effective use of medicines.
Work closely with consultants, nurses and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care.
Support the Pharmacy Manager in the day-to-day running of the department.
Contribute to clinical governance, medicines management and service improvement initiatives.
Assist in the supervision and development of pharmacy colleagues.What We're Looking For:

Pharmacy degree.
Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Extensive post-registration experience.
Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of hospital pharmacy practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous management or supervisory experience.
Good IT skills.Benefits:
