An exciting opportunity has become available for a Telesales Executive to join a dynamic and supportive team within a well established organisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to further develop their sales career as part of a collaborative group.

What’s on offer

* Basic salary of £26,000, with on-target earnings of up to £32,000 plus the opportunity to earn an additional £6,000 through incentives.

* 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) as a minimum and the opportunity to buy more

* A pension – contribute 4% and we’ll match you (after year 1, we’ll match your contributions up to 6%).

Key Responsibilities for a Telesales Executive:

* Take the lead on customer orders over the phone, using your foodie expertise to guide choices and become a trusted product advisor.

* Spot opportunities to upsell by reminding customers of items they may have missed and suggesting new ways to add value.

* Support our digital customers as they grow their businesses, providing guidance and building their confidence.

* Turn insights into action by analysing buying patterns and sparking meaningful, impactful conversations.

* Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolving issues smoothly while maintaining strong customer relationships.

What we need from you as a Telesales Executive:

* Previous experience in a sales role

* Available to start as soon as possible

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

* Confident in building and maintaining client relationships

* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
