We are currently seeking an experienced Site/Setting Out Engineer to join a project based on an RAF facility in Oxford. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a variety of groundworks and civil engineering packages.

Key Responsibilities

Setting out and surveying works across the project.

Supporting and managing groundworks packages.

Setting out for pit and duct installations.

Overseeing and checking drainage works.

Supporting foundation installation and associated infrastructure.

Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings and specifications.

Maintaining quality control and accurate records.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site or Setting Out Engineer within the civil engineering or groundworks sector.

Strong understanding of:

Groundworks packages

Pit and duct works

Drainage systems

Foundation installation

Competent in the use of surveying equipment (GPS and Total Station).

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

CSCS card essential.

Security clearance or the ability to obtain clearance may be required due to the nature of the project.
