Job Title: Powder Coater/Paint Sprayer Operative
Location: Redditch
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 6:00am-3:00pm or 7:30am-4:30pm - early finish Friday
HR Employment are currently recruiting for a Powder Coater in Redditch.
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Paint Sprayer Operative to join our manufacturing team in Redditch. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint finishes using spray equipment, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring products meet required standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial painting/spraying, good attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.
Key duties include:
* Preparing components for painting (cleaning, masking, and surface preparation)
* Operating spray painting equipment to achieve high-quality finishes
* Inspecting finished products and correcting defects where required
* Following health & safety procedures and production standards
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Previous paint spraying experience is essential
