Experienced Customer Service Advisor Required
Whats on offer to Service Advisors:
* Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm
* Saturdays on a rota basis
* Hourly rate from £13.69 per hour plus bonus

Key Tasks of a Service Advisor:
* Meeting and greeting customers to a 5* customer service.
* Answering the telephone & dealing with customer enquiries.
* Liaising with the technical workshop to keep track of the vehicles’ progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready for the time that the customer requested.
* Keeping the customer updated throughout the time the car is with us.
* Managing service bookings walk-ins and recoveries.
* Keeping updated with product knowledge.
* Creating job packs and other admin duties.
* Invoicing customers and taking payments.
Requirement of a Service Advisor
* 3+ years of Automotive Customer Service Advisor experience required as a minimum
* Must have full driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points
* Experience in up selling products is beneficial but not essential
* Must have a excellent understanding ot Microsoft and Outlook packages
* Customer skills must be to a high standard and able to deal and manage difficult situations when requied
