About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join team in Uphall.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced production environment, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality butter products.
Key Responsibilities
Operate butter production machinery safely and efficiently.
Assist with the preparation and mixing of ingredients.
Monitor production processes and carry out quality checks.
Package and label finished products accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
Report any equipment faults or production issues to the supervisor.
Support other production tasks as required.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally within the food industry (preferred but not essential).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
