Complex Care Assistant –Higham Wood (KENT - NorthTonbridge)
Are you a compassionate and experienced Complex Carer looking for a fulfilling role? We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide care for a young child with complex needs in a nursery setting.

Shift Pattern:
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 9am - 3pm (3 days per week)
🔹
Pay:
£15/hr PAYE | £19/hr Umbrella
Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a
Complex Care Assistant
, you will play a vital role in ensuring the baby’s
safety, comfort, and well-being
throughout the day. Your duties will include:
Tracheostomy care
– monitoring, suctioning, and ensuring a clear airway
Nebuliser administration
as required
NG tube feeding
– preparing and administering feeds safely
Monitoring vital signs
and responding to any concerns promptly
Personal care & hygiene
– changing nappies, repositioning, and maintaining skin integrity
Medication administration
following care plan instructions
You will work closely with the baby’s family and a wider care team, ensuring a high standard of care in a nurturing and supportive home environment.
