We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistants to support pupils in primary schools and nurseries. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in different educational settings, develop your skills, and find the role that suits your lifestyle and career goals.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support learning, encourage positive behaviour, and help children achieve their full potential. You may provide general classroom support, work with small groups, or offer one-to-one assistance where required.

Requirements:

The desired Primary Teaching Assistant will:

Have recent experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school or nursery setting
Have experience supporting children within EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
Have a passion for supporting children's learning and development
Demonstrate strong communication and behaviour management skills
Be adaptable, reliable and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Be willing to work across different schools and year groups where required
Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. We take our responsibilities extremely seriously. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
