Location: Wimborne
Salary: £30,940 per annum (£14.00 per hour)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join an established team. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and supporting the day-to-day coordination of concrete services. The role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to develop your knowledge within a specialist industry.

The Role
* Provide excellent customer service via telephone and email
* Respond to customer enquiries and website requests efficiently
* Prepare quotations for concrete products and services
* Process customer orders accurately using internal systems
* Assist with the day-to-day coordination of concrete services
* Carry out general administrative duties
* Take customer payments over the phone
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is updated correctly
* Work closely with colleagues to deliver a smooth and efficient service
About You
* Previous customer service or sales administration experience would be beneficial
* Concrete industry knowledge or experience would be advantageous but is not essential
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
* A positive and enthusiastic approach to work
* Strong attention to detail
* A reliable team player who enjoys working collaboratively
