Teachers: Are you ready for a change? 🚨

❌ Feeling like you're spending more time managing a classroom than actually teaching?
❌ Want to make a genuine difference to a young person's life?
What if you could...
✨ Teach just ONE student at a time

You'll help learners rebuild confidence, re-engage with learning, and achieve goals they never thought possible.
Every session gives you the opportunity to make a lasting difference.
What You'll Do
✔ Deliver engaging 1:1 learning sessions
✔ Adapt lessons to meet individual needs
✔ Support learners with SEND, SEMH, anxiety, and school avoidance
✔ Encourage confidence, resilience, and positive outcomes

Why Teachers Love This Role
✅ No crowded classrooms
✅ No class sizes of 30+

What We're Looking For
🎓 QTS or relevant teaching/support experience
💙 A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
