About You
We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher who has:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Significant experience within a Primary School setting
* Previous leadership experience as an Assistant Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, Phase Leader, KS1 Lead, KS2 Lead, or Senior Teacher
* A proven track record of raising standards and improving pupil outcomes
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Strong understanding of curriculum development and assessment
* A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
* The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop staff and pupils
