Marketing Executive

Location: East Riding of Yorkshire (Hybrid with regular office travel)
Salary: Circa £30,000 + benefits DOE

About the Role

Our client, a growing and innovative business within the agriculture and food industry, is seeking a Content Marketing Executive to support and deliver marketing activity across multiple business areas, including farming, food production, wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels.

This is a hands-on role for a creative and organised marketing professional who enjoys balancing content creation with campaign delivery. The successful candidate will take ownership of social media and email marketing while supporting wider brand, marketing, and communications initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content

Manage day-to-day social media activity across multiple brands and channels.
Plan, create, schedule, and monitor engaging content.
Deliver email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and reporting.
Support the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies.
Coordinate campaigns across B2B, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice across all communications.

Influencer & Ambassador Management

Recruit and manage brand ambassadors and influencer relationships.
Coordinate content collaborations and ambassador campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and maximise engagement and ROI.
Ensure partnerships align with brand values and commercial objectives.

Content Creation & Campaign Delivery

Create and edit content for social media, email campaigns, product launches, blogs, and case studies.
Work with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative assets.
Coordinate multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Support retail and promotional marketing activity.
Monitor performance and provide insights and recommendations.

Skills & Experience

Essential

Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing, content marketing, or communications role.
Strong knowledge of social media and email marketing.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience reporting on campaign performance and KPIs.
Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Technical Skills

Experience using:

Adobe Creative Suite
Social media management platforms
Email marketing tools
CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Project management tools such as Asana, (url removed), or Trello

Desirable

Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Experience within food, agriculture, farming, or FMCG sectors.
Knowledge of design, photography, or videography.
Experience managing influencer or ambassador programmes.
