We're recruiting a Maintenance & Engineering Manager to join a well-established, business in Tewkesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead site engineering operations, drive reliability improvements, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.

What's on Offer?

£60,000 - £65,000 salary (DOE)
Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
Senior leadership role with real influence across the business

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and developing the maintenance team
Driving preventative and planned maintenance programmes
Reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability
Managing maintenance budgets and contractors
Supporting continuous improvement projects across the site
Ensuring health, safety, and compliance standards are maintained
What We're Looking For

Strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge
Proven maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing or production
Excellent problem-solving and people management skills
Experience with budgeting, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
AutoCAD experience desirable
