IS Technical Support Analyst - Dublin - up to €50,000

You'll join a busy global IT environment supporting users, systems, and infrastructure across multiple sites. This is a hands-on role where you'll troubleshoot issues, support core services, and help keep business-critical systems running smoothly.
What you'll do
Provide 1st/2nd line support for Windows devices, servers, printers, and networks
Manage incidents and requests via ITIL ticketing systems
Support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure)
Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues
Maintain IT assets and documentation
Support system changes, moves, and occasional out-of-hours coverWhat you'll need
IT Support / Service Desk experience
Windows 10/11 and Active Directory knowledge
Microsoft 365 support experience
Basic networking troubleshooting skills
ITIL ticketing system experience
Full UK driving licenceDesirable: PowerShell, SQL, Citrix, Windows Server
