Denholm Industrial Services is expanding and is now recruiting for the following role:
Job Title:
Paint Inspector
Location:
Bristol
Start Date:
Monday 29th June 2026
Job Duration:
At least 6 weeks, but may run to 3 months
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8 hours per day
Rates of Pay / Allowances:
* Standard Rate - Negotiable depending on experience
* Accomodation - £50 per night
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Inspect surface preparation activities including abrasive blasting, power tool cleaning, and other preparation methods.
* Conduct inspections of prepared substrates to ensure cleanliness, profile depth, and compliance with specifications.
* Monitor coating application processes to ensure correct materials, mixing ratios, application methods, and film thickness requirements are achieved.
* Review coating systems, technical data sheets, and project specifications to ensure compliance.
* Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and quality documentation.
Qualifications Required
* Paint inspection certs NACE/ ICORR (Essential)
* CSCS (Essential)
* Safety Critical Medical (Advantageous)
Pre-Employment Requirements
Before starting the role, the following must be completed:
* Drug & alcohol screening
* Online company inductions
