Customer Experience Representative
Oldbury
Monday- Friday 8.30- 5pm
Permanent Office Based

Responsible for providing excellent customer service by managing enquiries, quotations, and orders from initial request through to delivery.
Ensures customer requirements are understood, recorded accurately, and fulfilled efficiently.
Acts as a key link between customers and internal teams to support smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
Provide clear and accurate information on products, pricing, availability, and delivery updates
Build positive relationships with customers
Handle complaints professionally and escalate where needed
Process and manage customer orders accurately in company systems
Review orders and quotations to ensure they are clear and achievable
Check pricing, delivery timelines, and customer requirements before confirming orders
Monitor active orders and keep customers informed of progress or delays
Work with internal teams (e.g. production, logistics, sales, accounts) to ensure timely delivery
Raise purchase orders and follow up with suppliers when required
Identify and flag potential risks relating to delivery, quality, or capacity
