A global medical device company working on a new product introduction is seeking Junior and Senior Robotics Controls Engineers to support on a 12-month contract basis.
You'll work with a multi-disciplinary engineering team to support the design, development, testing, and integration of bespoke robotic automation equipment. The role will cover PLC and machine control, motion control, robotic systems, control architecture, troubleshooting, verification testing, and technical documentation.
Essential Skills
Controls engineering experience
PLC programming and machine control experience
Robotics, automation, or electro-mechanical systems experience
Motion control, servo systems, or DC motor control experience
Troubleshooting, testing, and cross-functional engineering collaboration
Desirable Skills
Experience with CODESYS, Allen Bradley, Panasonic PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, or industrial networks
Knowledge of vision systems, safety standards, medical device regulations, or software/hardware development standards
This is a strong fit for engineers who want to stay close to hands-on controls development, robotic systems, early-stage R&D, prototype build, testing, debug, and system integration.
