Tendering Proposal Engineer

Our global engineering client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tendering & Proposal Engineer to join the growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals, coordinating tender submissions, and supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Review tender documents, specifications, and client requirements
Prepare technical and commercial proposals within deadlines
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and sales teams for bid preparation
Conduct cost estimation and pricing analysis
Prepare compliance statements, technical submittals, and bid documentation
Liaise with clients and suppliers for clarifications and quotations
Maintain tender records and proposal databases
Ensure all submissions comply with company standards and client requirements

Requirements

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in tendering/proposal engineering
Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and contract documentation
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimation/proposal software
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills

Experience in EPC / Construction / Oil & Gas / Electrical / Mechanical industries
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Familiarity with international standards and bidding processes
